What happens next?

A patient navigator will reach out to you to obtain your permission to contact your healthcare provider's office.

Upon your written authorization where indicated, we will ask your healthcare provider's office to submit your medical records for pre-screening eligibility review for a clinical trial.

We will reach out to you within 1-2 business days after receiving and reviewing medical records with an update.

If you appear to be eligible, we will assist in scheduling an appointment at the clinical trial site.
