We’re thrilled to welcome Lydia Gojcevic to the Trial Library team as our Customer Success Lead! With a background in healthcare technology, clinical operations, and strategic account management, Lydia brings a wealth of experience and a passion for advancing equitable care through clinical research.
Lydia holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a master’s in Business Administration, combining academic expertise with hands-on industry experience. Her career has been driven by a mission to bridge the gap between clinical care and technology—improving outcomes for patients and empowering healthcare organizations to deliver on the promise of precision medicine.
What drew Lydia to Trial Library is our shared commitment to health equity. She’s particularly inspired by the potential of technology to make clinical trials more accessible and inclusive for historically underserved communities. In her role, Lydia will play a key part in building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and supporting their success with our AI-powered platform.
She’s excited to help Trial Library scale its impact and tackle long-standing operational challenges in clinical trials—from patient engagement to provider activation. Known for her curiosity and dedication to continuous learning, Lydia approaches every opportunity with the goal of driving meaningful change.
Fun fact: Lydia has a knack for remembering number sequences—license plates, phone numbers, dates—you name it. It’s a surprising skill, but one that’s proved unexpectedly useful.
